Refund Policy

All products sold by Joiners Farms AZ are perishable and sold “as-is.” The buyer is responsible for inspecting products at the time of purchase.

Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered only if a product is found to be tainted, spoiled, or inedible at the time of purchase. To request a refund, the product must be returned to the seller within 24 hours of purchase, in its original packaging, with a clear description of the issue. Refund requests may be denied at the sole discretion of the seller.

Limitation of Liability: Joiners Farms AZ shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use, consumption, or handling of its products beyond the remedies explicitly stated in this policy. By purchasing products, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, including the waiver of any claims beyond those remedies.
